“Authenticity is a collection of choices that we have to make every day. It’s about the choice to show up and be real. The choice to be honest. The choice to let our true selves be seen.”
~ Brene Brown
As women, we are constantly challenged with conflicting and competing expectations about our identities and roles. Many of us grew up with impossible expectations that evolved from myths and ideals that are shaped by culture and reinforced by the media. If we have encountered intense life events (physical, emotional or sexual abuse), this can further impact our own expectations and how readily we reach out for support during times of need. How much of your life was designed by YOU rather than society, parents, others? How much of your life is based on your authentic expression of your ideas, values, or goals?
If you are ready to explore your values and learn how to embody your authentic voice then I invite you to contact me for a consultation.
For over two decades, I have dedicated myself to supporting women who are navigating their identities through transitions such as emerging adulthood, motherhood, career, divorce, parenting, or illness. My approach is playful, direct, and encouraging. Together we will work to bring you into a deeper connection with yourself utilizing methods such as embodied mindfulness, journaling, reading, art, music, or movement – allowing you to rediscover your truth, find clarity in your strengths, and move towards a more authentic expression of YOU.
